Goal: development of a new interface to a worldwide internet store, one of the biggest importer of Xiaomi devices to Europe and USA markets. Payment system integration, implementation of marketing tools, adding tracking tools, development of goods options with different prices.
A store of this size cannot be rebuilt in one release. We reworked the interface on top of the running shop and added the commercial layer step by step — payments first, then marketing and tracking tools, then the pricing options that the catalogue needed.
