We read every enquiry ourselves — there is no sales layer between you and the people who will do the work. Within one working day you get a reply with questions, and usually a first sense of whether the project is a fit. A written scope and an estimate in time and money follow after we have gone through the requirements together, and both come before any contract.

• What the product should do, in your own words — a precise specification is not required at this stage.
• Whether it is a new product, a rewrite of an existing one, or support for something already running.
• Platforms you need: iOS, Android, web, or several of them.
• Any deadline you are tied to, and roughly what budget the project has to fit.
• Design files, a brief or links, if they exist. Nothing is lost if they do not.

We say so, and say why. That happens when a task needs expertise we do not have, when the budget and the scope do not meet, or when an existing codebase would cost less to rebuild than to maintain. An honest answer at the first conversation is cheaper for you than a project that stalls three months in.
