1. About this policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Revol Software OÜ (“Revol Source”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on revolsource.com (the “website”). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data and what rights you have.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way; in this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by the website itself; third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use.
3. Your choice
When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies:
- Accept enables Google Analytics cookies, the Meta Pixel and HubSpot tracking and chat.
- Decline keeps only strictly necessary cookies. The website and the contact form work either way.
We store your choice in the rs_consent cookie for 12 months. After that, we will ask you again.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time: click the “Cookie” button in the bottom-left corner of any page to reopen the banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Cookies that were already set may remain in your browser until they expire, but they are no longer used; you can delete them in your browser settings (see section 7).
4. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed to provide the website, remember your cookie choice and language, and protect the website and its forms against spam, bots and attacks. Under the rules implementing Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, they do not require consent. They are set from your first visit.

Google reCAPTCHA sends information about your device and browser, and your interactions with the page, to Google for analysis. The Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply.
5. Google Analytics before consent
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept cookies, analytics and advertising storage is set to “denied”: Google Analytics does not set or read cookies on your device and sends Google only cookieless signals, such as the fact that a page was loaded and the status of your consent. Google uses these signals in aggregated form. Full measurement with cookies starts only after you click “Accept”.

The durations above are those stated by the providers at the date of this policy and may change. We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection of data through the Meta Pixel and its transmission to Meta. 7. Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to the cookie banner, you can block or delete cookies in the settings of your browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). Instructions are available in your browser’s help section. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the website, such as the contact form, may not work properly.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
