Goal: the creation of design to portal that aggregates a base of Kyiv new buildings. The portal includes description, infrastructure, location and prices of all new apartment complexes and allows the user to filter new buildings database very fast using different parameters. Users also could see all new buildings on the city map.
An aggregator is a filtering problem before it is a design problem. We started from the parameters a buyer actually compares — price, location, infrastructure, readiness — and built the layout around fast filtering and a city map view, then produced the visual design on top of that structure.
Design for a portal aggregating the database of Kyiv new buildings. Every apartment complex is presented with description, infrastructure, location and prices, and the database can be filtered by parameters or viewed on the city map.
