DevOps services for web and mobile products
We set up how your product is built, tested, deployed and observed: CI/CD pipelines, containers, cloud or VPS infrastructure and separate environments. Releases become a routine step instead of a late-evening event.
When DevOps work pays off
The signal is usually the same: releases are slow, risky and depend on the one person who knows the commands.
- Deployments are done by hand over SSH and sometimes break production
- There is no staging environment, so changes are tested on real users
- Only one developer knows how to deploy, and they are leaving
- The cloud bill grows faster than the product
- Errors are reported by customers because there are no logs or metrics
- Setting up an environment for a new developer takes days
What we do
CI/CD pipelines
Every commit is built and tested automatically, and a merge to the main branch deploys to staging or production. Mobile apps get automated builds delivered to TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks.
Containers
Applications and their dependencies packaged with Docker, so the same image runs on a laptop, in staging and in production.
Cloud and VPS infrastructure
Infrastructure in a public cloud or on dedicated and VPS servers, chosen by load and budget rather than by habit, and set up in accounts that belong to you.
Infrastructure as code
Servers, networks, DNS and access described in code and kept in the repository. The environment can be reviewed, recreated and changed like any other code.
Dev, stage and prod
Separate development, staging and production environments with their own data and settings, so every change is checked before real users see it.
Monitoring and logs
Metrics, centralised logs and error tracking with alerts, so the team notices problems first and diagnoses them from data rather than guesses.
Deployments that do not depend on one person
When a release means a developer connecting to the server and running commands from memory, every release is a risk and every holiday is a problem. We move that knowledge into a pipeline: build, tests, database migrations and deployment run the same way every time, and a failed release can be rolled back in one step. Secrets and access are stored centrally, not on personal laptops.
- Automatic build and tests on every commit
- One-step deployment and rollback
- Database migrations as part of the release
- Secrets and access managed in one place
Infrastructure that costs what it should
Infrastructure bills grow quietly: oversized instances, forgotten test servers, paid services that duplicate each other. We review what runs, what it is used for and what it costs, then propose changes with an estimated saving for each. Sometimes that means right-sizing in the same cloud, sometimes moving steady workloads from a cloud provider to dedicated servers.
- Inventory of resources and their monthly cost
- Unused and oversized resources removed
- An estimated saving for each proposed change
- A migration plan where moving workloads makes financial sense
Knowing what happens in production
Without monitoring, the first report of a problem comes from a customer. We set up metrics for servers and the application, collect logs in one place and connect error tracking for the backend, web and mobile clients. Alerts go to the people who can act on them and are tuned so that they do not get ignored.
- Dashboards for servers, databases and application metrics
- Centralised, searchable logs
- Error tracking for backend, web and mobile
- Alerts routed to the right people
How DevOps work goes
Review
We look at the repositories, the current deployment process, the infrastructure and the bills. You get a report with the problems and proposed changes.
Plan
Changes are ordered by value and risk and estimated. You decide what to do first.
Build
Pipelines, containers, environments and monitoring are introduced step by step, without stopping current releases.
Handover
Your team gets documentation and a walkthrough, so the setup is understood by more than one person.
Ongoing support
If you want, we keep the infrastructure running and improve it under a support agreement.
Tools we use
CI/CD
- GitHub Actions
- GitLab CI
- Bitbucket Pipelines
- fastlane
Containers
- Docker
- Docker Compose
- Kubernetes
Cloud and IaC
- AWS
- Google Cloud
- Hetzner
- DigitalOcean
- Terraform
- Ansible
Monitoring
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Sentry
Ways to work with us
Setup project
A fixed-scope project: for example a CI/CD pipeline, containerisation or a move to new infrastructure.
Ongoing DevOps support
Monthly care of pipelines, environments and infrastructure, combined with server support if needed.
Hourly or dedicated engineer
Consultations and individual tasks billed by the hour, or an engineer assigned to your team.
Reviews
We treat each client and his project with love.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need Kubernetes?
Most products do not. A few servers with Docker and a well-built pipeline cover the needs of most web and mobile backends at a fraction of the complexity. We suggest Kubernetes when the number of services and the load actually call for it.
Can you work in our existing cloud account?
Yes. We work in your cloud or hosting accounts with access you grant, and everything we build stays yours. We do not move your infrastructure into accounts we control.
Will the changes interrupt our current releases?
No. Changes are introduced step by step, usually starting with a pipeline that deploys to a new staging environment. Production switches over once the new process has proved itself.
Can you reduce our hosting bill?
Often, but how much depends on what you have. After the review you get a list of specific changes with an estimated saving for each, and you decide which ones to make.
Do you set up CI/CD for mobile apps?
Yes: automated builds, signing, tests and delivery to TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks, so testers receive every build without manual steps.
How is DevOps different from server support?
Server support keeps existing servers healthy: updates, backups, monitoring. DevOps changes how the product is built and deployed. Many clients need both, and they can be combined in one agreement.
