AI-assisted app and website maintenance
The engineer who owns your product leads the work. AI agents take the routine steps: dependency and SDK updates, test runs, log and crash review, release preparation. The engineer checks every change before it reaches your users.
When this way of working helps
It suits live apps and websites where routine work keeps slipping because something more urgent always comes first.
- SDK and library updates for your app have been put off for several releases
- Each new iOS or Android version turns into weeks of catching up
- Your site runs on a CMS and plugins that nobody has updated in a year
- Crash reports and error logs pile up faster than anyone reads them
- Tests are thin or missing, so every release feels like a gamble
- You want a written record of each change and each check
What agents take on, under the engineer's review
Dependency and SDK updates
Libraries, SDKs, CMS plugins and server packages kept on supported versions. Agents prepare the update and run the build; the engineer reads the change and decides when it ships.
Tests and checks
Agents run the tests after each change and add new ones where coverage is thin. The engineer decides which parts of the product need covering first.
Log and crash review
Agents group crashes and errors, find the cause and draft a fix. The engineer picks the order, starting with what hits the most users.
Release preparation
Version bumps, release notes, build checks and the store submission checklist are ready before release day. The engineer ships the release and watches it go out.
Security bulletins
When a critical fix comes out for something your product uses, agents check where it applies and prepare the update. The engineer verifies it, ships it and reviews the logs afterwards.
Monthly report
At the end of each month you get a written report: what we changed, what we checked and how, what is still open and what comes next.
When this is not the right fit
- You want changes to go to production without an engineer reviewing them
- You want AI agents to handle billing, payments or your users' personal data
- You need an AI feature inside your product, such as an assistant or document processing: that is our AI integration service
An engineer leads, agents do the routine
Your product gets an engineer who owns it: they know the code, the accounts and the history of past decisions, and they agree priorities with you. AI agents work under that engineer on the repetitive steps that ordinary support tends to postpone. When a task needs deeper platform knowledge, our iOS, Android or backend specialists join it. A mobile product still needs iOS, Android, backend and infrastructure engineers, and we keep all four on it.
- An engineer accountable for your product
- iOS, Android and backend specialists when a task needs them
- Updates and checks on a monthly cycle
- Priorities agreed with you
What agents never get
Agents get the code and the context of the task in front of them. They have no access to production secrets and keys, to billing and payment systems or to your users’ personal data, and they cannot deploy to production. The engineer reads and checks each change they prepare before it reaches your users. The monthly report lists those checks.
- No production secrets or keys
- No access to billing and payments
- No personal data of your users
- No direct deploy to production
- An engineer's review on each change
What changes for your product
Routine work stops waiting for a quiet week. Updates for new iOS and Android versions, library and plugin updates, tests and crash fixes go out in small regular releases instead of rare large ones. The engineer spends their time on decisions and review, and agents take the repetitive steps around each change. Larger jobs, such as moving a backend to a new framework version, run through staging while the apps already in the stores keep working.
- Small regular releases instead of rare large ones
- Updates for new iOS, Android and CMS versions as part of normal work
- Tests added as the product changes
- Every change reviewed by the engineer and listed in the monthly report
How the work runs
Audit
The same takeover audit as for any of our support: we build the product from source and map the code, accounts, keys and deployments. You get a written report.
Rules for your product
We agree with you how your product is built, tested and released, and which work goes to agents.
Agents prepare
Agents prepare updates, fixes and tests away from production and run the checks on them.
Review and release
The engineer reads each change, ships it and watches the release. App updates roll out in stages, website updates go to a staging copy first.
Monthly report
What changed, what we checked, what is still open and what we plan next.

Part of our support, with no separate package
This way of working has no plan or price of its own. We run mobile app support, website support and server support this way, so you choose the service your product needs and the method comes with it.
AI in your product, or AI in how we maintain it
If you want AI inside your product, such as an assistant on your data, document processing or an agent pipeline, see our AI integration service. This page covers AI in how we maintain the product you already have.

Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for the code?
The engineer who leads your product, under the same agreement as the rest of our support. Agents are tools that engineer works with, and the engineer reviews each change they prepare before it reaches your users. The source code and repositories belong to you from the start.
Do AI models see our code and data?
Agents see the source code and the context of the task they work on. They get no production secrets or keys, no access to billing and payments and none of your users' personal data. If your contracts limit which third-party tools may process your code, tell us during the audit.
What happens if an agent gets something wrong?
The review is there for that. The engineer reads each change and runs the checks before release; website updates go to a staging copy first, and app updates roll out in stages. If a problem still reaches production, we handle it like any other incident under your support plan.
How is this different from your mobile app support?
Mobile app support is the service: one team answers for your apps, backend, infrastructure and releases. This page describes how we do the work inside it, and inside website and server support too. There is no separate package to buy.
Does this change what support costs?
It has no separate price. We price support the usual way: after the audit we agree a monthly scope with an hour cap and a fixed price, and we quote new features separately.
Can we ask you not to use AI tools on our project?
Yes. If you prefer no AI tools on your project, we agree that in writing before work starts, as with the rest of the scope.
Tell us about your project
Describe the task in a few lines. Within one working day we reply with questions or a first view on scope and cost.
