AlmexMobile is a mobile application for the almexECM document management and business process management platform. The application allows you to make decisions and approvals, manage multi-level tasks, online edit attachments, push notifications about document statuses. Application is available both for iOS and Android devices.
Document approval is the part of an ECM platform that people do away from their desks. We took the almexECM processes and rebuilt only what makes sense on a phone — decisions, approvals, task hierarchy, attachments — and used push notifications to replace constant checking of the web client.
